Indigenous culture is taking center stage for the start of Winterlude. Dancing, rituals, and parties are all part of the display to showcase their culture.

The festival runs from Feb. 1 to Feb. 18 and has partnered with Capital Pride this year. Many more things to come for Winterlude such as ice sculptures next weekend.

Despite the weather being extremely cold and frigid, many people come out to see the festivities. In fact, it’s estimated that 600,000 people attend every year.

Ontario government sues Costco $7 million after illegal kickbacks

The company accepted over 29 kickbacks at over 29 pharmacies in warehouses across the province.

The Ontario government prohibits the operator of a pharmacy from accepting rebates from a drug manufacturer that has a product listed on the province’s drug database.

The wreckage of a plane that carried football player Emiliano Sala was located Sunday after it went missing from the radar over the English Channel.

The pilots of the plane, Sala and David Ibbotson, are presumed dead.

The team (Cardiff City FC) had a series of tributes for David and celebrated a goal by racing to the home dugout and holding up a blue shirt bearing Sala’s photograph.
