A Hintonburg homeowner has been asked to cover up the newly painted two-storey mural of her French bulldog. The mural was painted in efforts to try and cover up graffiti tags that appeared on the side of her building. Someone had contacted the City of Ottawa bylaws who then instructed the resident to cover up the mural. With support from local Councillor Jeff Leaper and Mayor Jim Watson, the resident is hoping to overthrow city bylaws and keep the mural up of her beloved dog.
