Up to 10,000 people came out in the 30 C heat to march for Black Lives Matter and especially George Floyd in Ottawa on June 5. Among them were Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ahmed Hussen, minister of families, children and social development.

Starting on Parliament Hill then winding its way to the Canadian Tribute to Human Rights, the march was at times somber and emotional, with tears shed by many in the crowd. These were just a few of the people in attendance.
